采用先氨酯改性再三聚的方法合成了TDI三聚体溶液,并将其用于高回弹泡沫的制备。讨论了聚醚多元醇种类、预聚体NCO含量及三聚催化剂用量对TDI三聚体溶液的影响,并考察了TDI三聚体溶液对高回弹泡沫阻燃性、黄变性等的影响。结果表明,采用复配多元醇对TDI进行氨酯改性,预聚体NCO质量分数为38?0%,每100份TDI预聚体添加0?0375~0?0500份三聚催化剂时,可获得粘度为100~250 mPa·s的TDI三聚体溶液,该三聚体溶液可稳定贮存6个月以上,0℃不结晶。 TDI三聚体溶液可有效提高泡沫的阻燃性,并在一定程度上改善泡沫的耐黄变性。

TDI trimer solution was synthesized by urethane modification before trimerization reaction and high resilience foam was prepared with synthesized TDI trimer solution.The effect of types of polyether polyol,NCO con?tent of prepolymer and amount of trimerization catalyst on TDI trimer solution was studied and the effect of TDI tri?mer solution on flame retardancy,yellowing and other physical properties of the high resilience foam was also stud?ied. The results showed that TDI trimer solution with the viscosity between 100 and 250 mPa·s was prepared when the urethane modifier was using mixed polyols, the prepolymer NCO mass ratio was 38?0% and the amount of trim?erization catalyst was 0?0375~0?0500 portions in 100 portions TDI prepolymer. The trimer solution could be stored stably for more than 6 months without crystallization at 0℃. The obtained TDI trimer solution could effectively im?prove the flame retardancy and the yellowing of the high resilience foam to some extent.
