柴油机颗粒捕集器( DPF )过滤参数研究对其再生时机的判断具有重要意义。基于外加热源再生台架,研究了过滤参数(压降及其与常温数据的比值、渗透率及其与常温数据的比值)随过滤温度的变化规律,同时考虑了流量和孔隙结构参数变化时的影响。结果表明:过滤温度升高,DPF压降及其比值近似线性增长,渗透率及其比值近似线性减小;线性拟合了压降及其比值、渗透率及其比值随温度的变化曲线,比较发现流量和孔隙结构参数对DPF压降和渗透率都具有一定影响,但对比值的影响较小。

It is important to judge the regeneration timing of DPF by the filtration parameter research .The changing laws of filtration parameters consisting of the ratio between pressure drop and room temperature data and the permeation and the ratio with filtration temperature were researched on the generation test bench with exterior heater by taking into consideration the in‐fluence of flow rate and pore structure meanwhile .The results showed that the pressure drop and the corresponding ratio in‐creased linearly and the permeation and the ratio decreased linearly with the increase of filtration temperature .The linear fit‐tings of pressure drop ,permeation and their respective ratios with temperature were conducted and the flow rate and the pore structure were found to have certain influence on the pressure drop and permeation and less influence on their ratios .
