The waste plastics granulation process,including no melt granulation,wet granulation,dry granulation,organic solvent assisted softening granulation,composite regeneration granulation and hot air circulation heating melt granulation were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of those granulating process were analyzed and compared,from those discussions the hot melt granulation process uses hot air to directly heat the waste plastics and then the granulations are extruded without crushing process. This technology can improve the working environment and avoid secondary pollution,it has a broad development prospects.
