本文研究了移动终端相关软硬件环境以及海量基础地理数据的组织与快速发布、电网三维模型的调度与渲染、矢量及地名数据的分块与渐进式加载等关键技术,利用C++、OpenGL ES、移动互联网技术等创建了基于移动终端的三维渲染引擎。利用该引擎提供的SDK开发了移动终端电力三维地理信息系统(Geographic Information System, GIS)基础平台,实现了信息模式共享以及系统数据整合,同时设计并实现了电网业务的实用性功能。
本文研究瞭移動終耑相關軟硬件環境以及海量基礎地理數據的組織與快速髮佈、電網三維模型的調度與渲染、矢量及地名數據的分塊與漸進式加載等關鍵技術,利用C++、OpenGL ES、移動互聯網技術等創建瞭基于移動終耑的三維渲染引擎。利用該引擎提供的SDK開髮瞭移動終耑電力三維地理信息繫統(Geographic Information System, GIS)基礎平檯,實現瞭信息模式共享以及繫統數據整閤,同時設計併實現瞭電網業務的實用性功能。
본문연구료이동종단상관연경건배경이급해량기출지리수거적조직여쾌속발포、전망삼유모형적조도여선염、시량급지명수거적분괴여점진식가재등관건기술,이용C++、OpenGL ES、이동호련망기술등창건료기우이동종단적삼유선염인경。이용해인경제공적SDK개발료이동종단전력삼유지리신식계통(Geographic Information System, GIS)기출평태,실현료신식모식공향이급계통수거정합,동시설계병실현료전망업무적실용성공능。
Due to the good effect of DC based de-icing technique used in overhead transmission line, it has been widely used in conductor de-icing of 500kV and above AC transmission line line. The ground wire de-icing technology becomes the current problem to be solved. In Shi Bing–Xian Ling Shan 500kV transmission line anti-icing renovation project, according to the complex ground wires, we made deeply study on the DC based de-icing technique for the project and calculated and analyzed. Then we proposed appropriate solutions for de-icing of this project and achieved good effect. This paper based on engineering practice combined with DC based de-icing technology and proposed next prospect.
