提出了一种实现陶瓷外墙砖快速自动铺贴的方法。外墙砖具有面积小,重量轻,生产工艺较多及难以实现自动快速铺贴的特点,介绍了陶瓷外墙砖的铺贴机工作原理,结合实际具体生产实践,分析了现有市场上的铺贴机设计中存在的缺陷,并就如何改进设计提出了自己的解决办法,并设计出一种陶瓷外墙砖自动铺贴系统,同时给出了机械结构简图,人机界面、可编程控制器及程序控制流程图,试验结果表明,该系统能实现自动快速铺贴,显著提高铺贴效率,降低陶瓷厂生产成本,提高在行业中的竞争力。
提齣瞭一種實現陶瓷外牆磚快速自動鋪貼的方法。外牆磚具有麵積小,重量輕,生產工藝較多及難以實現自動快速鋪貼的特點,介紹瞭陶瓷外牆磚的鋪貼機工作原理,結閤實際具體生產實踐,分析瞭現有市場上的鋪貼機設計中存在的缺陷,併就如何改進設計提齣瞭自己的解決辦法,併設計齣一種陶瓷外牆磚自動鋪貼繫統,同時給齣瞭機械結構簡圖,人機界麵、可編程控製器及程序控製流程圖,試驗結果錶明,該繫統能實現自動快速鋪貼,顯著提高鋪貼效率,降低陶瓷廠生產成本,提高在行業中的競爭力。

A method of realizing quick and automatic paving for the ceramic external tile is put forward.The external tile has the features of small scale, light weight and more production procedures, and it is also hard to be paved.In this paper, the working principle of ceramic external tile paving machine is introduced, and the existing defects of paving machine in the pres-ent market are analyzed with the realistic production practice,then , solutions for the design improvement are also put forward, and a new kind of paving system of ceramic external tile is created.At the same time, the picturesof mechanical structure, the human-computer interface ( HMI) , the programmable logic controller ( PLC) , the program control flow chartare also of-fered.The experimental results show that the system could realize quick and automatic paving, improve the paving efficiency obviously, as well as reduce the cost of production, thus improve the competitiveness in industry.
