当前企业中机械设备普遍存在“重使用、轻保障”的现象,其维修保障方案的制定缺乏科学依据,片面性和主观性较强。针对这一问题,以维修保障方案产生的费用最低和使用可用度最高为原则,利用以可靠性为中心的维修分析方法和修复级别分析方法,给出了企业中机械设备的维修保障方案制定流程。最后以某型桥式起重机的维修保障方案为例,统计得出了设计方案和原有维修方式在费用、使用可用度和对任务性、安全性、经济性的影响等方面的差异,结果表明了该方案具有较大优势。

Most mechanical equipments in enterprises were treated greatly in use and slightingly in support at present.The de-sign of mechanical equipments′support concept was lack of scientific basis, and had strong one-sidedness.Aiming at such problem, the author designed a process flow of making maintenance support concept of mechanical equipments, which mainly used the reliability-centered maintenance analysis ( RCMA) and level-of-repair analysis ( LORA) , by following the principle of lowest cost and highest operation availability.At last, a case of bridge crane was used to prove that our method was superior to native method in the aspect of cost, operational availability, and other fields.
