通过SLP法对机车转向架组装的设施布局设计进行了研究。分析影响转向架组装作业的生产物流和非生产物流因素,得到了转向架组装各作业单元的综合关系相关表和综合关系排序,随后结合各作业单位的占地面积得到了作业单位面积拓扑图。

In this paper, the facility layout design of locomotive bogie assembly by the SLP method was studied.The produc-tion logistics and the non-production logistics factors that would affect the bogie assembly operations were analyzed, and the comprehensive relationship correlation table and ranking of each work unit in the frame assembly were obtained, and then the topological graph of the work unit area was got by a combination of the floor area of various operating units.
