为了研究无源阻抗匹配网络的效率最大化问题,以L型网络为基本单元,通过定义阻抗变换因数,推导出L型网络效率的近似表达式;以此为基础,提出了多个L型网络级联构成阻抗匹配网络时,实现效率最大化的条件,即级联L型网络的个数和每级L型网络阻抗变比的计算方法。2.6 MHz下的实验结果表明,根据笔者所提出方法设计的阻抗匹配网络具有较高效率,验证了所提出理论和设计方法的有效性。

In order to maximize the efficiency of passive impedance matching network, taking L network as the basic unit, this paper derives the approximate expression of the efficiency of L network by defining the impedance conversion factor.Based on this, the conditions for the efficiency maximization of the impedance matching network by cascading multiple L network is put forward, that is, the formulae of the number of the cascaded L network and the impedance ratio of every L network are presen-ted.Experimental results show that under 2.6MHz, the impedance matching network designed according to the proposed method has high efficiency, which verifies the validity of the proposed theory and design method.
