前端调速式风电机组具有较强的动态无功调节能力,针对由前端调速式风电机组组成的风电场存在随风电出力的变化引起的并网点电压波动问题,提出一种前端调速式风电场无功电压分层控制策略。该策略确定了风电场无功控制点的选取,利用风电场控制点电压偏差,通过整定控制得到整个风电场无功需求量,以风电场内有功网损最小为目标函数,采用改进的遗传算法优化分配给各台风机,并结合静止同步补偿器的无功输出来调节整个风电场的无功输出,达到维持控制点电压稳定的目的。最后以某一风电场的仿真结果验证了该策略的有效性和可行性。

The front-end speed adjusting wind turbine has strong dynamic reactive power regulation ability, aiming at prob-lems in the wind farm which consists of the front-end speed adjusting wind turbine existing the grid connection node voltage fluctuation which is caused by the change of wind power, this paper proposes a hierarchical control strategy of reactive voltage in the front-end speed adjusting wind farm.The strategy firstly determines selection of the reactive power control point in the wind farm, utilizes the voltage deviation of the wind farm control point, and obtains reactive power demand of the whole wind farm with the tuning control.The minimum real power loss of the wind farm is used as the objective function, based on the im-proved genetic algorithm optimization, and combines the reactive power output of the static synchronous compensator to adjust the reactive power output of the whole wind farm, so as to achieve the purpose of maintaining the voltage stability of the control point.The simulation results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy.
