针对额定风速以上前端调速式风电机组功率优化问题,提出一种基于差分进化算法的功率优化控制策略。以液力变矩调速系统输出转速恒定、机组输出功率平滑为控制目标建立目标函数,采用差分进化算法,对变桨系统桨距角与液力变矩调速系统导叶开度角两个控制参数进行优化,根据优化后参数对风电机组进行变桨与变矩控制,实现对机组输出有功的优化控制。以2 MW前端调速式风电机组为对象进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,根据本文提出的方法对风电机组进行功率控制,平滑了风电机组的输出功率,减小了功率波动,验证了控制策略的可行性。
針對額定風速以上前耑調速式風電機組功率優化問題,提齣一種基于差分進化算法的功率優化控製策略。以液力變矩調速繫統輸齣轉速恆定、機組輸齣功率平滑為控製目標建立目標函數,採用差分進化算法,對變槳繫統槳距角與液力變矩調速繫統導葉開度角兩箇控製參數進行優化,根據優化後參數對風電機組進行變槳與變矩控製,實現對機組輸齣有功的優化控製。以2 MW前耑調速式風電機組為對象進行倣真分析,倣真結果錶明,根據本文提齣的方法對風電機組進行功率控製,平滑瞭風電機組的輸齣功率,減小瞭功率波動,驗證瞭控製策略的可行性。

An optimal power control strategy which is based on the differential evolution algorithm is proposed in order to solve the power optimization problem for the front-end speed controlled wind turbine when the wind speed is beyond the rated value. The objective function is established after setting these two targets which are invariable output speed of the hydrodynamic speed regulating system and smooth output power of the wind turbine as the control objectives.The propeller pitch angle and the guide vane angle are optimized as two control parameters of the wind turbine by using the differential evolution algorithm;and according to the optimized parameters, the power optimization control of wind turbine is realised after the pitch and torque con-trol.The 2MW front-end speed controlled wind turbine model is used for simulation analysis and the results show that the power fluctuation is reduced and the output power of the wind turbine is smooth, thus it is verified that the optimal control strategy is feasible and effective.
