【目的】探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。【方法】检测2014年1~7月在湖南省人民医院行冠脉造影的126例患者血浆 Hcy水平,利用Gensini评分系统对患者的冠脉病变程度进行评估。根据造影结果设为冠心病(CHD)组(90例),包括稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组(40例)及非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSET‐ACS )组(50例),另设为正常对照组(36例);根据 Hcy水平>10μmol/L ,设为高同型半胱氨酸(HHcy)组(94例)及同型半胱氨酸正常(非HHcy)组(32例);利用直线相关分析,探讨 Hcy水平与Gensini评分的相关性。【结果】 CHD组的 Hcy水平明显高于对照组( P <0.01),Hcy水平随Gensini评分升高而升高,两者呈正相关。H Hcy组的Gensini评分显著高于非 H Hcy组( P <0.01 ),三支及双支病变组Hcy水平显著高于单支病变组( P <0.01)。【结论】血浆 Hcy水平与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关。

【목적】탐토혈장동형반광안산(Hcy)여관상동맥병변정도적상관성。【방법】검측2014년1~7월재호남성인민의원행관맥조영적126례환자혈장 Hcy수평,이용Gensini평분계통대환자적관맥병변정도진행평고。근거조영결과설위관심병(CHD)조(90례),포괄은정형심교통(SAP)조(40례)급비ST단태고형급성관맥종합정(NSET‐ACS )조(50례),령설위정상대조조(36례);근거 Hcy수평>10μmol/L ,설위고동형반광안산(HHcy)조(94례)급동형반광안산정상(비HHcy)조(32례);이용직선상관분석,탐토 Hcy수평여Gensini평분적상관성。【결과】 CHD조적 Hcy수평명현고우대조조( P <0.01),Hcy수평수Gensini평분승고이승고,량자정정상관。H Hcy조적Gensini평분현저고우비 H Hcy조( P <0.01 ),삼지급쌍지병변조Hcy수평현저고우단지병변조( P <0.01)。【결론】혈장 Hcy수평여관상동맥병변정도정정상관。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between the plasma level of homocysteine (Hcy) and the se‐verity of coronary artery lesions .[Methods] The plasma levels of Hcy were measured in 126 patients receiving coro‐nary angiography examination at our hospital from January 2014 to July 2014 .The severity of coronary artery was e‐valuated with the Gensini system .And their correlation was analyzed .Based upon the results of coronary angiography examination ,they were divided into control ( n=36) and coronary heart disease (CHD ,n=90) groups .The CHD group included stable angina pectoris (SAP ,n=40) and non‐ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSET‐ACS ,n=56) .According to the levels of Hcy >10μmol/L ,they were divided into high Hcy (HHcy ,n=94) and normal Hcy ( n=32) groups .And the data were statistically analyzed with statistical software SPSS 19 .0 .[Re‐sults] Plasma level of Hcy was much higher in CHD group than that in control group ( P<0 .01) .And the Gensini score of HHcy patients was higher than that of Hcy normal counterparts ( P<0 .01) .Plasma levels of Hcy of three/double‐vessel groups were higher than those of single‐vessel group ( P<0 .01) .And plasma level of Hcy and Gensini score were positively correlated .[Conclusion]Plasma level of Hcy is associated with the degree of coronary artery le‐sions .
