针对阀门壳体系列零件数控程序编制中存在的重复劳动多,编程效率低问题,研究了系列零件的快速编程方法。按照最小包容原则确定阀门壳体零件的毛坯模型,采用一面两孔定位方法,设计外柱面加工专用夹具,确定加工工艺路线。按照阀门壳体零件的功能作用,确定系列特性参数及其内在关系,利用UG的关系式和系列特性参数表功能,建立阀门壳体零件模型模板,完成加工仿真,生成数控加工程序代码。零件模型模板系列特性参数变化更新后,编辑和继承加工操作,快速再次生成刀位文件,经后处理,生成数控代码,有助于提高生产任务的快速响应能力。

A rapid NC programming method of the valve housing series parts was presented to cut down repeated work and en-hance programming efficiency.Based on the minimum inclusion principle, the stock model was set up, and the special fixture of outer cylinder was designed in a one-side-two-hole positioning way, therefore, the machining process planning was brought forward.According to functional operation of the valve housing parts, the series characteristics parameters and relationship were confirmed, and the three-dimensional model template was established with the help of equation and series characteristics parameter table in the UG platform.NC machining code was achieved after machining simulation.The cutter location file, post processing, NC code may be rapid regenerated by editing and inheriting the processing operation after adjusting and updating the series characteristics parameters of valve housing model template, which is helpful to improve the ability of quick response to production task.
