为了探明脲醛树脂餐具、密胺树脂餐具及脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合餐具中甲醛迁移行为的规律,采用乙酰丙酮比色法测定了不同条件下的甲醛迁移量,研究了浸泡液类型、浸泡温度、浸泡时间、密封程度、加热方式、使用次数及表面覆盖纯密胺树脂涂层对于脲醛树脂餐具、密胺树脂餐具及脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合餐具中甲醛迁移量的影响。结果表明,酸性溶液对餐具中的甲醛迁移影响最大;温度升高则甲醛的迁移量增大;浸泡时间延长则甲醛迁移量相应增加,在密闭环境中浸泡则甲醛迁移量剧烈增长;水浴加热的餐具的甲醛迁移量相对于烘箱加热稍大;使用次数增加,脲醛树脂餐具、脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合餐具的甲醛迁移量增大。在餐具表面热附纯密胺树脂涂层对甲醛有很好的防护作用。脲醛树脂餐具、脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合餐具中甲醛的迁移规律与密胺树脂餐具中甲醛的迁移规律基本一致,但是同种工艺条件下,脲醛树脂餐具、脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合树脂餐具更易析出甲醛,对人体的危害性更大。

To explore the migration rule of formaldehyde in melamine-formaldehyde resin(MF) tableware,urea-formaldehyde resin(UF) tableware and MF and UF mixture tableware. The influences of different marinating solution,temperature,time,sealing, heating method,use times and the pure MF coating to MF,UF and MF and UF mixture tableware were analyzed through acety acetone colorimetric method. Formaldehyde migrates more in the acid solution than in other solutions;and the formaldehyde migrates more when the temperature rise up;the formaldehyde migrates more when the experimental time expanded,and rose violently if the tableware is sealed;the formaldehyde migrates more by water bath heating method than by oven heating method;and the formaldehyde migrates more when the use times increases to UF tableware and MF and UF mixture tableware;the formaldehyde is prevented to escape because of the pure MF cover in the face of the tableware. UF tableware and MF and UF mixture tableware are more harmful to people’s heath than MF tableware because the formaldehyde migrates more in UF tableware and MF and UF mixture tableware than in MF tableware though the rule was basically the same.
