研究了镉(Cadmium, Cd)、锰(Manganese, Mn)互作对两个水稻品种‘黄华占’和‘IR68144’幼苗镉和矿物质积累的影响。结果表明:随着营养液Cd 含量的上升,两个品种Cd积累量大幅提高;添加10μmol/L Mn明显促进水稻根系对Cd的吸收,但100μmol/L Mn的促进作用减弱,甚至转变为抑制作用;不同浓度的Mn对水稻地上部Cd的积累都表现为促进作用;两个品种的Mn积累量都随着营养液Mn浓度的提高而急剧升高; Cd对黄华占中Mn 的积累在0~10μmol/L Mn条件下表现为促进作用,而在100μmol /L Mn下转变为抑制作用;Cd对IR68144中Mn的积累主要表现为抑制作用;营养液Cd或Mn浓度的增加都对水稻Fe和Zn的吸收和积累表现出强烈的抑制作用,但中等浓度(10μmol/L) Mn 与Cd的互作能缓解对Fe积累的抑制作用,而Cd ×Mn互作对Zn积累的抑制作用进一步加强。
研究瞭鎘(Cadmium, Cd)、錳(Manganese, Mn)互作對兩箇水稻品種‘黃華佔’和‘IR68144’幼苗鎘和礦物質積纍的影響。結果錶明:隨著營養液Cd 含量的上升,兩箇品種Cd積纍量大幅提高;添加10μmol/L Mn明顯促進水稻根繫對Cd的吸收,但100μmol/L Mn的促進作用減弱,甚至轉變為抑製作用;不同濃度的Mn對水稻地上部Cd的積纍都錶現為促進作用;兩箇品種的Mn積纍量都隨著營養液Mn濃度的提高而急劇升高; Cd對黃華佔中Mn 的積纍在0~10μmol/L Mn條件下錶現為促進作用,而在100μmol /L Mn下轉變為抑製作用;Cd對IR68144中Mn的積纍主要錶現為抑製作用;營養液Cd或Mn濃度的增加都對水稻Fe和Zn的吸收和積纍錶現齣彊烈的抑製作用,但中等濃度(10μmol/L) Mn 與Cd的互作能緩解對Fe積纍的抑製作用,而Cd ×Mn互作對Zn積纍的抑製作用進一步加彊。

The effects of cadmium ( Cd)and manganese ( Mn) interaction on the Cd and mineral elements accumulation in rice seedlings of two varieties (‘Huanghuazhan’ and‘IR68144’) were studied.The results indicated that the Cd accumulation in these two varieties had a great enhancement when Cd content in the nutrient solution increased .Adding 10 μmol/L Mn could obviously promote the Cd absorption by rice root system , but adding 100 μmol/L Mn weakly promoted and even inhibited the Cd absorption . Different concentrations of Mn all promoted the Cd accumulation in the aboveground part of rice plants .The Mn accumulation in two varieties sharply increased with the increase in Mn concentration of nutrient solution .Cd promoted the Mn accumulation in Huang-huazhan under the condition of 0~10 μmol/L Mn, while it inhibited the Mn accumulation under the condition of 100μmol/L Mn. Cd mainly showed a inhibiting action on the Mn accumulation in IR 68144.The increase in Cd or Mn concentration of nutrient solu-tion all intensively inhibited the Fe and Zn accumulation in rice plants , but the interaction between Cd and 10μmol/L Mn could al-leviate the inhibiting action on Fe accumulation , while Cd ×Mn interaction revealed an intensified inhibiting action on Zn accumula-tion.
