目的:研究正常胎儿MCA血流参数的参考值范围及其随孕龄的变化规律。方法采集93例正常胎儿的MCA血流频谱图,利用自动描迹或手动描迹得到MCA ̄S、MCA ̄D、MCA ̄S/D、MCA ̄PI、MCA ̄RI,按照(18~23)孕周,(24~28)孕周,(29~33)孕周,(>34)孕周分组计算上述参数的均值,以x±s表示;通过SPSS13.0统计软件绘制上述各参数与孕龄的关系散点图。结果 MCA ̄S、MCA ̄D随孕龄的增长而增高,散点图显示其分布与孕龄呈线性正相关;MCA ̄S/D、MCA ̄PI、MCA ̄RI随孕龄的增长而降低,散点图显示其分布与孕龄呈线性负相关。结论 MCA做为供应大脑最重要的血管,掌握正常胎儿MCA血流变化规律为研究异常胎儿MCA变化奠定了基础。

Objective To study the refere nce range of MCA blood flow parameters of normal fetus and the way it changes with gestational age. Methods Collected 93 MCA blood flow spectrums of normal fetuses, obtained MCA ̄S、MCA ̄D、MCA ̄S/D、MCA ̄PI、MCA ̄RI from automatic and manual tracing, calculated the mean values of the above parameters of fetuses grouped by age 18~23 weeks, 24~28weeks, 29~33 weeks and over respectively, denoting with x ±s; drew with statistical software SPSS13.0 scatter diagrams denoting relationships between the above parameters and gesta-tional age. Results MCA ̄S、MCA ̄D increase with gestational age, showing a positive linear corre-lation on scatter diagrams; MCA ̄S/D、MCA ̄PI、MCA ̄RI decrease with gestational age, showing a negative linear correlation. Conclusions MCA is the most important vessel providing blood to the brain. Learning the way MCA blood flow changes with gestational age in normal fetus lay the foundation for the study of MCA variation in abnormal fetus.
