针对无轨枕现浇整体道床式地铁轨道的道床翻修工程,提出一种基于新老混凝土粘结性能的整体剪断方法。此方法通过使用合理的剪切力直接破坏道床混凝土和盾构片之间的粘结,从而实现道床与盾构片的整体分离。首先根据经验公式计算出剪应力的大小,然后利用有限元模型,同时考虑材料、大变形和接触等非线性因素,对此过程进行模拟,最终证实了该方法的有效性。
針對無軌枕現澆整體道床式地鐵軌道的道床翻脩工程,提齣一種基于新老混凝土粘結性能的整體剪斷方法。此方法通過使用閤理的剪切力直接破壞道床混凝土和盾構片之間的粘結,從而實現道床與盾構片的整體分離。首先根據經驗公式計算齣剪應力的大小,然後利用有限元模型,同時攷慮材料、大變形和接觸等非線性因素,對此過程進行模擬,最終證實瞭該方法的有效性。

For the renovation project of the subway with cast‐in‐situ monolithic track‐bed without sleeper ,an integral detaching method based on the bonding property between the young and old con‐crete is proposed .This method works by using a proper shearing force to directly destroy the adhesion between the track‐bed and the shield piece to lead to an integral detachment between the two .Firstly the magnitude of the shearing force is calculated according to the empirical formula ,and then ANSYS finite model is used with consideration of material property ,large deformation and contact nonlinear factors to simulate the detaching progress ,and finally the validity of this method is proved .
