【目的】探讨脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗慢性胰腺炎（CP）的可行性。【方法】采用人脐带来源的间充质细胞（hUMSC）的不同浓度移植治疗CP小鼠模型，比较治疗前后胰腺组织病理状态，并检测移植治疗后小鼠的体重、血糖浓度以及胰淀粉酶浓度。【结果】hUMSC移植治疗可以减轻CP小鼠胰腺炎症，且移植细胞浓度增大后这种治疗作用更明显。【结论】hUMSC治疗小鼠CP具有可行性。
【목적】탐토제대간충질간세포이식치료만성이선염（CP）적가행성。【방법】채용인제대래원적간충질세포（hUMSC）적불동농도이식치료CP소서모형，비교치료전후이선조직병리상태，병검측이식치료후소서적체중、혈당농도이급이정분매농도。【결과】hUMSC이식치료가이감경CP소서이선염증，차이식세포농도증대후저충치료작용경명현。【결론】hUMSC치료소서CP구유가행성。
[Objective]To explore the feasibility of umbilical cord mesenchymal cell transplantation for the treat‐ment of chronic pancreatitis(CP) .[Methods]Mouse models of CP were treated with the transplantation of different concentration of human umbilical cord mesenchymal cells .The histopathology of pancreas before and after treatment was compared .Body weight ,blood glucose concentration and pancreatic amylase in mice after transplantation were measured .[Results]Umbilical cord mesenchymal cell transplantation could alleviate pancreatic inflammation of CP in mice .When the transplanted cell concentration was increased ,the effect was more obvious .[Conclusion]Human um‐bilical cord mesenchymal cell for the treatment of CP in mice is feasible .
