采用ICP-MS法对稀散元素矿石标准物质中Ga,In,Ge,Tl,Co,Ni,Mo,Th,U,W这10种元素进行测定,各元素的检出限分别为0.0010,0.0005,0.0030,0.0005,0.0010,0.0050,0.0300,0.0003,0.0003,0.0010μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD均小于5.00%,加标回收率为96.4%~103.3%。该方法操作简便、检出限低、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、准确度好,能够满足稀散元素矿石标准物质定值的要求。

The article expounds using ICP-MS method for detecting the content of Ga, In, Ge, Tl, Co, Ni, Mo, Th, U and W in scattered elements of mineral reference materials. The detection limits are 0.001 0, 0.000 5, 0.003 0, 0.000 5, 0.001 0, 0.005 0, 0.030 0, 0.000 3, 0.000 3, 0.001 0 μg/L, the relative standard deviation RSD is less than 5.00%, the recovery is 96.4%~103.3%. The method has the features of easy operation, low determination limit, high sensitivity, wide linear range, high accuracy; it can meet the requests of detecting scattered elements.
