本项目研制的皮带机负载智能跟踪控制技术,通过实时检测皮带负载情况,实现动态调整皮带机变频器功率输出,调节皮带运行速度,达到高精度皮带自动跟踪变速,解决皮带输送系统经常在空载及少载情况下仍全速运行的电能浪费问题,实现了皮带的节能运行。
本項目研製的皮帶機負載智能跟蹤控製技術,通過實時檢測皮帶負載情況,實現動態調整皮帶機變頻器功率輸齣,調節皮帶運行速度,達到高精度皮帶自動跟蹤變速,解決皮帶輸送繫統經常在空載及少載情況下仍全速運行的電能浪費問題,實現瞭皮帶的節能運行。
본항목연제적피대궤부재지능근종공제기술,통과실시검측피대부재정황,실현동태조정피대궤변빈기공솔수출,조절피대운행속도,체도고정도피대자동근종변속,해결피대수송계통경상재공재급소재정황하잉전속운행적전능낭비문제,실현료피대적절능운행。
The belt machine load intelligent tracking control technology developed in this project, by real-time detection of the belt load, realized the dynamic adjustment of belt conveyer inverter power output, adjusted the speed of the belt running, achieved the high precision automatic belt tracking speed, and solved the electric energy wasting problem of the belt conveying system running at full speed in the condition of no-load and load conditions and implemented the energy-saving operation of the belt.
