通过4种投料搅拌工艺拌制的普通水泥混凝土与嵌锁密实水泥混凝土的匀质性、强度与耐磨性试验,分析了投料搅拌工艺对混凝土性能的影响。研究得出:分次投料搅拌工艺可提高普通水泥混凝土的匀质性、强度与耐磨性,其中净浆裹石法的提高效果最为显著,水泥裹砂石法次之;而对于嵌锁密实水泥混凝土,先拌砂浆法可显著提高匀质性、强度与耐磨性,净浆裹石法与水泥裹砂石法会降低其性能。根据研究结果,推荐采用先拌砂浆法拌制嵌锁密实水泥混凝土。

Composite mixing process has a significant impact on the structure and performance of nor‐mal cement concrete .Through experiments on the uniformity ,strength and wear resistance of normal cement concrete and interlocking‐dense cement concrete with four kinds of composite mixing process , it analyses the influence of composite mixing process on the performance of cement concrete .T he stud‐y implies that secondary composite mixing techniques can improve the uniformity ,strength and wear resistance of ordinary concrete ,among which the performance of the coarse aggregates enveloped with cement paste is the best ,and the cement w rapped sandstones follow ed ;for interlocking‐dense cement concrete ,the primary mixing of mortar has especially significant effect on the uniformity ,strength and wear resistance ,the coarse aggregates enveloped with cement paste and the cement wrapped sand‐stones decrease its performance .According to the results of the study ,it is recommended that the pri‐mary mixing of mortar for interlocking‐dense cement concrete should be used .
