针对现有研究没有阐述人力资本股份化影响要素间的关系问题,在系统归纳人力资本股份化影响要素的基础上,运用解释结构模型( ISM)分析要素间的层次结构关系,并建立层次结构图,得到人力资本股份化影响要素的解释结构模型,并把交错的影响要素条理化,明确了每个子区域底层要素为影响人力资本股份化的根本要素。在此基础上,应用交叉影响矩阵相乘法( MICMAC)得出各要素的驱动力和依赖性。

The relationship between factors of human capital demutualization is not illustrated by current research. In order to o-vercome above drawbacks, this paper, based on the systematical induction of factors of human capital demutualization, analyzed the hi-erarchy of relationship between factors using Interpretive Structural Modeling ( ISM) , make a hierarchical chart and reach a model of affecting factors of human capital demutualization. The paper methodizes the staggered factors, clears the fundamental factors that loca-ted in the bottom of each sub-region and also shows the driving force and dependence of each factor using cross-impact matrix multipli-cation applied to classification ( MICMAC) .
