目的:探讨复方胃蛋白酶散联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒防治婴幼儿支气管肺炎继发性腹泻的临床效果。方法将260例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组,各130例。两组均给予头孢哌酮钠静脉滴注+氨溴索雾化吸入治疗。对照组给予复方胃蛋白酶散口服,观察组加用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒口服。观察两组继发性腹泻发生率、腹泻消失时间及住院时间。结果观察组<1岁、1~2岁、>2岁患儿继发性腹泻发生率均低于对照组( P <0.05),总继发性腹泻发生率低于对照组( P <0.01);观察组继发性腹泻患儿腹泻消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组( P <0.01或 P <0.05)。结论复方胃蛋白酶散联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒防治婴幼儿支气管肺炎继发性腹泻效果显著,可降低腹泻发生率,缩短患儿治疗时间,值得在临床推广应用。

목적:탐토복방위단백매산연합고초간균이련활균과립방치영유인지기관폐염계발성복사적림상효과。방법장260례지기관폐염환인수궤분위량조,각130례。량조균급여두포고동납정맥적주+안추색무화흡입치료。대조조급여복방위단백매산구복,관찰조가용고초간균이련활균과립구복。관찰량조계발성복사발생솔、복사소실시간급주원시간。결과관찰조<1세、1~2세、>2세환인계발성복사발생솔균저우대조조( P <0.05),총계발성복사발생솔저우대조조( P <0.01);관찰조계발성복사환인복사소실시간화주원시간균단우대조조( P <0.01혹 P <0.05)。결론복방위단백매산연합고초간균이련활균과립방치영유인지기관폐염계발성복사효과현저,가강저복사발생솔,축단환인치료시간,치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical value of compound pepsin combined Bacillus subtilis II joint viables in preven -tion of infant secondary diarrhea following bronchial pneumonia .Methods Two hundred and sixty infants with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups with 130 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with cefoperazone sodium intravenous in -jection and ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation .The control group was given oral compound of pepsin powder and the observation group was added with Bacillus subtilis II combined live bacteria pellet orally .The incidence rate of secondary diarrhea , hospital stay time and diarrhea subsiding time were observed and compared .Results Secondary diarrhea incidence rate in 1-year-old,1 to 2-year old and o-ver 2-year-old children in observation group were lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05); but general secondary diarrhea rate was lower ( P <0.01) and diarrhea subsiding time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of those in control group ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion Compound pepsin combined Bacillus subtilis II combined live bacteria oral therapy can reduce secondary diarrhea incidence rate in children with infant bronchial pneumonia and shorten the course of treatment , which is clinically worthy.
