目的：探讨葛根芩连五炭汤联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法将80例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组，各40例。两组患者均给予口服柳氮磺砒啶治疗，观察组在上述治疗基础上加用葛根芩连五炭汤口服，共治疗4个疗程。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者腹痛、便血和里急后重消失时间均短于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；观察组治疗总有效率为95．00％，高于对照组的77．50％（ P ＜0．05）。结论葛根芩连五炭汤联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎效果显著，有助于缩短症状改善时间，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토갈근금련오탄탕연합류담광필정치료활동기궤양성결장염적림상효과。방법장80례활동기궤양성결장염환자수궤분위량조，각40례。량조환자균급여구복류담광비정치료，관찰조재상술치료기출상가용갈근금련오탄탕구복，공치료4개료정。대비량조림상치료효과。결과관찰조환자복통、편혈화리급후중소실시간균단우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；관찰조치료총유효솔위95．00％，고우대조조적77．50％（ P ＜0．05）。결론갈근금련오탄탕연합류담광필정치료활동기궤양성결장염효과현저，유조우축단증상개선시간，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Gegen Qinlian five carbon decoction combined with sulfasalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Eighty patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases in each group.Both were given oral salazosulfa pyridine and the treatment group was given additional medication of Gegen Qinlian decoction orally for a total of 4 courses.Curative effect was compared.Results In the treatment group,subsiding times of abdominal pain,hematochezia,diarrhea,tenesmus were shorter than that of the control group ( P <0.01).Total efficiency rate of treatment group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group (77.50%, P <0.05).Conclusion Gegen Qinlian five carbon de-coction combined with sulfasalazine in treatment of active ulcerative colitis is effective and can reduce time for symptom improvement and is clinically worthy.
