目的探讨产后耻骨联合分离症诊断方法及治疗。方法回顾性分析2008年3月~2012年3月共28例耻骨联合分离症产妇的临床资料。结果产后(产前出现症状2例)(PS)间隙(15.38±9.34) mm ,产前1周(PS)间隙(7.59±2.36)mm，行配对样本检验(<0.01)。结论 B超对耻骨联合分离症诊断有重要意义，B超应作为骨科门诊对产后患者诊断的常规。
目的探討產後恥骨聯閤分離癥診斷方法及治療。方法迴顧性分析2008年3月~2012年3月共28例恥骨聯閤分離癥產婦的臨床資料。結果產後(產前齣現癥狀2例)(PS)間隙(15.38±9.34) mm ,產前1週(PS)間隙(7.59±2.36)mm，行配對樣本檢驗(<0.01)。結論 B超對恥骨聯閤分離癥診斷有重要意義，B超應作為骨科門診對產後患者診斷的常規。
목적탐토산후치골연합분리증진단방법급치료。방법회고성분석2008년3월~2012년3월공28례치골연합분리증산부적림상자료。결과산후(산전출현증상2례)(PS)간극(15.38±9.34) mm ,산전1주(PS)간극(7.59±2.36)mm，행배대양본검험(<0.01)。결론 B초대치골연합분리증진단유중요의의，B초응작위골과문진대산후환자진단적상규。
Objective To investigate the postpartum pubic symphysis separation method of diagnosis and treatment of disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data in 2008 March ~2012 year in March a total of 28 cases with pubic symphysis separation in parturient. Results Postpartum (2 cases of prenatal onset of symptoms) (PS) clearance (15.38±9.34) mm, one week before delivery (PS) clearance (7.59±2.36) mm, for paired samples t test ( <0.01). Conclusion B ultrasound has important significance to the pubic symphysis separation disease diagnosis, B ultrasound should be used as the outpatient department of orthopedics diagnosis of postpartum patients with routine.
