目的：探讨护理干预对高龄初产妇剖宫产术后妊娠结局的影响。方法将218例拟行剖宫产的高龄初产妇随机分为两组，对照组（108例）实施常规护理，观察组（110例）在常规护理基础上实施护理干预，对比两组妊娠结局及并发症发生等情况。结果观察组产妇术后排气、排便恢复时间均短于对照组（ P ＜0．01），并发症发生率、疼痛用药比例均低于对照组（ P ＜0．05），乳汁分泌好的比例及母乳喂养率均高于对照组（ P ＜0．01）。结论对剖宫产高龄初产妇实施有效护理干预，可降低并发症发生率，提高母乳喂养率，有助于产妇早日康复。
목적：탐토호리간예대고령초산부부궁산술후임신결국적영향。방법장218례의행부궁산적고령초산부수궤분위량조，대조조（108례）실시상규호리，관찰조（110례）재상규호리기출상실시호리간예，대비량조임신결국급병발증발생등정황。결과관찰조산부술후배기、배편회복시간균단우대조조（ P ＜0．01），병발증발생솔、동통용약비례균저우대조조（ P ＜0．05），유즙분비호적비례급모유위양솔균고우대조조（ P ＜0．01）。결론대부궁산고령초산부실시유효호리간예，가강저병발증발생솔，제고모유위양솔，유조우산부조일강복。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome in elderly primiparas following caesar -ean section.Methods 218 elderly primiparas undergoing caesarean section were randomly divided into two groups ; the control group (n =108) was given only routine nursing care and the experiment group ( n =110) was given not only routine nursing care ,but also nursing intervention.The obstetric complications and pregnancy outcomes of the 2 groups were observed and compared .Results De-flation and defecation times of the experiment group were shorter than those of the control group ( P <0.01),complication and pain killing drug useage rates were lower ( P <0.05)and breastfeeding rates were higher ( P <0.01).Conclusion Effective nursing inter-vention in elderly primiparas undergoing caesarean section can reduce complications ,increase breastfeeding rate and help speedy recovery .
