将自主与探究教学相结合运用到高校体育课堂,能改善课堂教学效果,增强学生自主发现问题及解决问题的能力,提高学生掌握技术动作的能力的同时使学生的认知和情感能力得到发展。在充分理解自主探究教学法的基础上,结合学生的特点,通过创设情境模拟比赛,使得学生能充分的发挥自己的主观能动性。

Teaching mode combining autonomy and exploration has been applied to college PE class, the effect of classroom teaching has been improved, the students' ability to find and solve problems independently have been enhanced, their ability to master the techniques has been improved with the cognitive and emotional ability being developed. On the basis of fully understanding the independent exploration teaching mode, combining with the characteristics of students, through the creation of situational simulation game, the students’ subjective initiative could be enabled to fully exert.
