以2个梨品种‘新高’和‘红香酥’为试材,研究不同有机肥用量对其单果重、果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量以及糖、酸组分及含量的影响,并计算果实风味指数。结果表明,合理的有机肥用量有利于提高梨果实产量和果实糖组分含量,降低果实硬度和有机酸含量,提升果实风味;当每666.7m2有机肥用量达2.7 t时,‘新高’和‘红香酥’果实的单果重最大、果实硬度最小,甜度最大、风味最佳。

이2개리품충‘신고’화‘홍향소’위시재,연구불동유궤비용량대기단과중、과실경도、가용성고형물함량이급당、산조분급함량적영향,병계산과실풍미지수。결과표명,합리적유궤비용량유리우제고리과실산량화과실당조분함량,강저과실경도화유궤산함량,제승과실풍미;당매666.7m2유궤비용량체2.7 t시,‘신고’화‘홍향소’과실적단과중최대、과실경도최소,첨도최대、풍미최가。
With two pear cultivars Nakai and Hongxiangsu as experimental materials, the single fruit weight, fruit firmness, soluble solid content and the components and contents of sugars and organic acids as de-termined after different level of organic fertilizer application, and the fruit flavor index was calculated as well. The results indicated that optimal organic fertilizer application rate could enhance the yield and sugar content of pear fruits, decrease the fruit firmness and organic acid content, so the fruit flavor could be improved.When the application rate of organic fertilizer was 2.7 t per 666.7m2 , the Nakai and Hongxiangsu pear achieved the largest single fruit weight, the lowest fruit firmness, the highest sweetness and the best flavor.
