分别以2 mg/kg镉( Cd)胁迫培养8个品种的烟草,通过形态指标和生理生化指标的测定,探讨其Cd耐性形成的生理生化应答机制。结果表明:Cd胁迫下,供试材料生长和生理生化代谢均受不同程度抑制,且不同品种烟草对Cd耐性不同。

Eight tobacco varieties were treated with 2 mg/kg Cd to explore their response mechanisms to formation of Cd tolerance through the analysis on morphological, physiological and biochemical indexes.The results showed that under the Cd stress, the growth and the physiological and biochemical metabolism of all the tested tobacco varieties were inhibited to varying degrees, which indicated that different varieties of tobacco had different Cd tolerance.
