【目的】探讨体外受精中形态正常但发育滞后的胚胎移植的妊娠结局。【方法】收集冻融胚胎移植(FET )的755周期,根据授精后d3或d4卵裂球分裂速度分为正常组和滞后组,比较两组的复苏率、移植胚胎数、周期取消率、临床妊娠率、种植率、多胎率及流产率。【结果】滞后组胚胎复苏率、临床妊娠率、种植率、多胎率及流产率与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),但平均移植胚胎数低于发育正常组(P <0.05),周期取消率高于正常组( P <0.05)。【结论】d3或d4形态正常但发育速度滞后的胚胎仍具有冷冻价值。

【목적】탐토체외수정중형태정상단발육체후적배태이식적임신결국。【방법】수집동융배태이식(FET )적755주기,근거수정후d3혹d4란렬구분렬속도분위정상조화체후조,비교량조적복소솔、이식배태수、주기취소솔、림상임신솔、충식솔、다태솔급유산솔。【결과】체후조배태복소솔、림상임신솔、충식솔、다태솔급유산솔여정상조비교차이무통계학의의(P >0.05),단평균이식배태수저우발육정상조(P <0.05),주기취소솔고우정상조( P <0.05)。【결론】d3혹d4형태정상단발육속도체후적배태잉구유냉동개치。
[Objective] To assess the clinical pregnancy outcomes of frozen‐thawed developmentally lag‐ging embryos with normal morphology .[Methods] According to embryo cleavage rate ,a total of 755 frozen‐thawed embryo transfer (FET ) cycles were divided into developmentally normal and lagging groups .And the parameters of blastomere survival rate ,mean transfer number ,cancellation rate of transferred cycles ,clinical pregnancy rate ,implantation rate ,multiparity rate and abortion rate were compared between two groups .[Results] No inter‐group differences existed in the rates of blastomere survival ,clinical pregnancy ,implanta‐tion ,multiparity or abortion .The mean transfer number of developmentally lagging group was lower than that of developmentally normal group .And the cancellation rate of transferred cycles of developmentally lagging group was higher than that of developmentally normal group .[Conclusion] The developmentally lagging em‐bryos with normal morphology at Days 3 and 4 are still viable for cryopreservation for further uses .
