运用文献法、问卷法、数理统计法等方法，对南宁市家庭体育与课外体育结合的现状进行研究，结果表明：南宁市中小学家庭体育与课外体育开展良好，而结合后的家庭体育与课外体育存在着健身意识不高，消费水平偏低，民族体育项目开展不理想，开展时间不确定，运动方式单一。根据现状提出一些相应建议与对策，旨在为中小学体育和家庭体育结合发展提供一些理论支撑，为全民健身开展做贡献。

This paper Using methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, studies on the present situation of family sports combined with extra-curricular sports in primary and secondary schools in Nanning city, the results show that the development of family sports and extracurricular sports is good, with the family sports combined with extracurricular sports, the awareness is not high, consumption level is low, the national sports project is not ideal, the time of carrying out is not sure, the form of activity is single. Some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are puts forward according to the status quo, aimed at providing some theoretical supportfor primary and middle school sports combined with the development of family sports.
