根据江西红壤丘陵区花生种植的特点,设计了以4~6 kW柴油机为动力,采用窝眼轮式排种器、链条传动的小型花生播种机。通过室内和田间性能测试,该播种机的播种行距、株距、播种深度、漏播率、种子破碎率等技术指标基本上能满足花生播种的要求。
根據江西紅壤丘陵區花生種植的特點,設計瞭以4~6 kW柴油機為動力,採用窩眼輪式排種器、鏈條傳動的小型花生播種機。通過室內和田間性能測試,該播種機的播種行距、株距、播種深度、漏播率、種子破碎率等技術指標基本上能滿足花生播種的要求。
근거강서홍양구릉구화생충식적특점,설계료이4~6 kW시유궤위동력,채용와안륜식배충기、련조전동적소형화생파충궤。통과실내화전간성능측시,해파충궤적파충행거、주거、파충심도、루파솔、충자파쇄솔등기술지표기본상능만족화생파충적요구。
According to the features of peanut planting in red soil hilly region of Jiangxi , the author developed and designed a small-size peanut planter with socket-roller seeding device , which used 4~6 kW diesel engine as power and was driven by chain . The results of indoor and field performance tests showed that some technical indexes ( such as seeding line spacing , seeding plant distance, seeding depth, miss-seeding rate, and broken seed rate) of this planter could basically meet the demand of peanut so-wing.
