为了更好地满足卫片执法工作需要，本文构建了卫片执法信息系统。该系统实现了卫片数据查询浏览、专题图输出、空间分析、辅助决策等功能。系统采用ArcGIS Server 10构建，基于AJAX模式和 WMTS规范。各模块经过集成测试，系统性能良好。

In order to better meet the needs of law enforcement of land satellite image, the management information system was de-signed and constructed in this study.It realize the visual query, report output function, as well as the statistical analysis, thematic map, spatial analysis and decision support function.The system was developed based on ArcGIS Server 10, involving AJAX and WMTS.The performance testing of integrated modules shows that the system is reliable and practicable.
