为解决煤层坚硬顶板难以垮落的难题,该文结合某矿的实际情况,在2501工作面采用顶板预裂技术,对预裂爆破的钻孔布置、参数及爆破工艺进行分析,研究综放工作面的顶板预裂方案,实现顶板预裂,保证顶板顺利垮落。
為解決煤層堅硬頂闆難以垮落的難題,該文結閤某礦的實際情況,在2501工作麵採用頂闆預裂技術,對預裂爆破的鑽孔佈置、參數及爆破工藝進行分析,研究綜放工作麵的頂闆預裂方案,實現頂闆預裂,保證頂闆順利垮落。

in order to solve the difficult problem of hard roof the caving, this paper, combined with the actual situation of a certain coal mine, using the top pre-splitting technique in 2501 working face, analyzed the borehole layout, parameters and blasting technology of pre-splitting blasting, research on the roof pre-splitting scheme of fully mechanized top coal caving face, implementation of pre-splitting to ensure the roof smooth caving.
