目的:总结颅内Rosai-Dorfman病(RDD)的MRI影像表现,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析4例经病理确诊的颅内RDD患者的MRI影像表现,并复习相关中文文献。结果4例颅内RDD中,2例表现为累及硬脑膜的单发或多发肿块,MRI T1WI呈等信号、T2WI为等-低信号,增强扫描多为均匀强化,伴有硬膜尾征。1例表现为同时累及硬脑膜和柔脑膜的肿块,增强扫描可见柔脑膜强化。1例表现为累及颅底、海绵窦、鼻窦、颞下窝的弥漫性病变。结论颅内RDD可分为硬脑膜型、硬脑膜+柔脑膜型、脑实质型、鞍区型、脑室型五种类型,硬脑膜型最常见。病变多表现为T2WI等-低信号,病变中心为T2WI更低信号,可能是本病的特征性信号表现。

목적:총결로내Rosai-Dorfman병(RDD)적MRI영상표현,제고대해병적인식。방법회고성분석4례경병리학진적로내RDD환자적MRI영상표현,병복습상관중문문헌。결과4례로내RDD중,2례표현위루급경뇌막적단발혹다발종괴,MRI T1WI정등신호、T2WI위등-저신호,증강소묘다위균균강화,반유경막미정。1례표현위동시루급경뇌막화유뇌막적종괴,증강소묘가견유뇌막강화。1례표현위루급로저、해면두、비두、섭하와적미만성병변。결론로내RDD가분위경뇌막형、경뇌막+유뇌막형、뇌실질형、안구형、뇌실형오충류형,경뇌막형최상견。병변다표현위T2WI등-저신호,병변중심위T2WI경저신호,가능시본병적특정성신호표현。
Objective To summarize the MR findings of intracranial Rosai-Dorfman Ddisease (RDD). Methods The MR findings of 4 patients with intracranial Rosai-Dorfman Ddisease were retrospectively reviewed. .All cases were proved by pathology. Related Chinese medical literature were reviewed. Results 2 cases presented as dural mass, iso signal intensity on T1WI and iso-hypo signal intensity on T2WI,.homogeneous enhancement with dural tail..1 case involved both dural and leptomeninges..1 case diffusely involved cranial base,.cavernous sinus and nasal sinuses. Conclusion Intracranial RDD can be divided into 5 types, dural type,.dural+leptomeningeal type,.brain parenchymal type,.sella turcica type and ventricle type..Dural type is the most common type..The center of lesion shows lower signal intensity on T2WI than the peripheral area may be the MRI characteristic of intracranial RDD.
