配制不同颜色环氧树脂填充剂对家兔肝脏各管道进行灌注，然后采用透明处理得到肝脏的铸型透明标本。该标本保留肝脏的实质外形，能够分辨出肝脏各叶和胆囊等结构，能清晰显示后腔静脉、肝静脉和门静脉的分支以及各管道在实质中的位置和走向。

The vessels of livers were perfused with different colors of epoxy resin filling agent, and then the cast transparent specimens of rabbit liver were obtained after transparency.The specimens could maintain a clear display of gallbladder and lobes of liver with complete shape for liver parenchyma, show the cava cau-dalis vein, hepatic vein and portal vein clearly,and indicate the branch, position and direction in liver paren-chyma of those vessels.
