为预防井下采空区引发的矿山灾害,设计并建立了赣中钨矿井下废石充填系统。充填系统包括侧卸式矿车输送、机车运输、电耙倒运及充填井巷工程。2年来,共有8个采空区的32.2万 m3采空区得到有效充填,工程应用结果表明,废石充填率为60%~70%,能有效预防岩移、岩爆及地表沉陷等灾害;此外,充填系统每年可节约废石提升与运输费用600万元/a,并减少了地表废石堆场体积。

위예방정하채공구인발적광산재해,설계병건립료공중오광정하폐석충전계통。충전계통포괄측사식광차수송、궤차운수、전파도운급충전정항공정。2년래,공유8개채공구적32.2만 m3채공구득도유효충전,공정응용결과표명,폐석충전솔위60%~70%,능유효예방암이、암폭급지표침함등재해;차외,충전계통매년가절약폐석제승여운수비용600만원/a,병감소료지표폐석퇴장체적。
To control potential mining hazards induced by underground goafs,the waste rock backfill sys-tem was designed and constructed in GanZhong Tungsten Mine.The system includes conveying equip-ments of tramcars,rock transfer by electric rakes,haulage network and mining workings.Total volume of 322 000 m3 in eight gobs is efficiently backfilled with waste rocks in the past two years.Field effects indi-cate that backfill rate is 60% ~70%,which is applicable to control potential hazards such as rock move-ment,rock burst and surface subsidence.Additionally,backfill construction reduces the annual prices of rock lift and transportation by six million yuan every year,which further lowered the land use of surface dumping.
