采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对深圳湾体育中心BOT运营模式进行SWOT分析。研究结论表明：深圳湾 BOT运营模式具备优越的的发展环境、先进的管理理念、明确的管理目标、灵活的管理手段、广阔的经济渠道等优势和机遇，但是，BOT运营模式同时仍然存在较大的运营风险、政府法律保障不够完善等劣势和威胁。研究旨在促进公共体育场馆如何结合自身的实际情况，有效地利用BOT运营模式的优势解决其在经营管理中实际存在的经营不活，从而改善公共体育场馆运营现状，提高公共体育场馆运营效率。

This article using literature material method, expert interview method, logic analysis and other research methods, carries out SWOT analysis of the BOT operation mode of Shenzhen bay sports center. Research results indicate that: BOT model of Shenzhen bay sports center has advantages and opportunities of superior environment for development, advanced management concept and clear management objectives, flexible management means and broader economic channel. However, the BOT operation mode at the same time, there are still weaknesses and threats of large operational risk, the imperfection of the government legal protection. The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of public sports venues to effective use the advantages of BOT model to solve its exist problems in the operation and management of business combined with their own actual situation, to improve the state of public sports facility operation, improve the operational efficiency of public sports venues.
