采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及数理统计法，对我国锡伯族聚居区射箭运动后备人才培养的相关问题进行了调查。结果表明：锡伯族青少年射箭训练科学化程度较低，运动员训练动机多样化；教师学历、职称较低，科研意识淡薄，场地器材陈旧落后；训练经费严重短缺，训练方法手段缺乏创新。建议加大投入，加速教师的培训，提高对射箭项目制胜规律的认识。希望对锡伯族传统体育项目射箭运动的发展有所帮助。

Using methods of documentation, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics, related issues about reserve personnel training of archery sports in Xibo nationality areas in China have been investigated. Results show that the scientific training level of Xibo teenagers archery is low, training motivation of athletes is diversity; Teachers have a relatively low degree and job title and weak scientific research consciousness, the location equipment is old and falling behind; Training funds is shortage, training method lack of innovation. It is suggested that investment should be increased, the teachers' training should be accelerated, the understanding of the law to win should be improved, hoping to help develop the Xibo nationality traditional sports.
