目的探讨育龄妇女患膀胱结石的原因、检查及治疗方法。方法通过我院2例育龄妇女患膀胱结石就诊治疗过程分析。结果1例患者采取体外碎石结合膀胱镜治疗，2例患者诊断明确采取妇科外科联合手术，2例治疗较满意。结论妇女原发膀胱结石非常少见，如诊断膀胱结石，一定详细询问病史，准确诊断，采取较合理的治疗方法。
목적탐토육령부녀환방광결석적원인、검사급치료방법。방법통과아원2례육령부녀환방광결석취진치료과정분석。결과1례환자채취체외쇄석결합방광경치료，2례환자진단명학채취부과외과연합수술，2례치료교만의。결론부녀원발방광결석비상소견，여진단방광결석，일정상세순문병사，준학진단，채취교합리적치료방법。
Objective To investigate the reasons, women of childbearing age suf er from bladder calculi diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods By our hospital 2 cases of women of childbearing age suf er from bladder calculi treatment process analysis. Results 1 patients take extracorporeal lithotripsy combined with cystoscope treatment, 2 patients with the diagnosis of clear joint operation in the treatment of 2 cases of gynecological surgery, satisfactory. Conclusion Women with primary bladder stones are rare, such as diagnosis of bladder stones, a detailed history taking, accurate diagnosis, treatment method is reasonable.
