目的：了解2004-2013年全省院外急救资源的发展情况，为江苏省院前急救的发展提供参考。方法设计发放调查表，内容包括急救中心整体规模、院前急救情况、人员配置情况以及科研课题与论文发表情况。结果江苏省急救中心整体规模不断扩大，院前急救工作量逐年上升，但急救队伍建设不足，科研能力有待加强。结论政府部门应重视院前急救中心的建设与发展，在基础设施、人员经费、急救车辆、医疗与通讯装备等方面给予支持，促进急救中心的可持续发展。
목적：료해2004-2013년전성원외급구자원적발전정황，위강소성원전급구적발전제공삼고。방법설계발방조사표，내용포괄급구중심정체규모、원전급구정황、인원배치정황이급과연과제여논문발표정황。결과강소성급구중심정체규모불단확대，원전급구공작량축년상승，단급구대오건설불족，과연능력유대가강。결론정부부문응중시원전급구중심적건설여발전，재기출설시、인원경비、급구차량、의료여통신장비등방면급여지지，촉진급구중심적가지속발전。
Objective: To investigate the present situation of pre-hospital emergency medical resources in Jiangsu Province in 2004 through 2013, so as to provide a baseline data for the development of the emergency medical service. Methods: Unified questionnaire was used to survey the emergency resources of 13 emergency service institutions in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province, including the overall scale, pre-hospital emergency situation, emergency center staffing situation and scientific research. Re-sults:Since 2004, the emergency centers in Jiangsu province have been expanded continuously in size, the pre-hospital emer-gency workload has increased year by year. At the same time, the first aid team construction is insufficient, scientific research ability needs to be strengthened. Conclusion: The government departments should attach more importance to the construction and development of pre-hospital emergency centers, give support in various respects to promote the sustainable development of the emergency centers.
