采用VRML和Java，结合HTML实现在网络上浏览三维虚拟校园，实践证明，借助该成果不仅可以进行校园三维景观的实时漫游，而且还为场景增添用户交互、视听感受和基本GIS功能提供了解决方案，使人们获得身临其境的感受，从而为校园服务和管理决策提供一个科学方便、直观形象的可视化人机交互平台。

The three-dimensional virtual campus can be achieved on the network by the technology of VRML, Java and HTML. Practice indicated that it can not only support the function of real-time roaming on campus, but also provide the solution to interac-tion, audio-visual experience and basic GIS functions, so that everyone has the opportunity to visit with an immersive experience, a scientific, simple and visual way for the management of the campus can be provided by the campus simulation system.
