根据绞吸式挖泥船泥浆输送过程和输送原理,构建了绞吸挖泥船泥浆管道输送系统模型,根据模型可确定不同体积分数下泥浆的实用流速,通过泥浆输送过程中管路扬程和泥泵扬程的计算,确定施工工况点,可求出不同泥浆体积分数下的流量和施工产量。同时,根据实船“长狮10”单泵施工数据,对泥浆输送模型中泥浆实用流速、施工产量进行了验证。结果表明,实船施工数据和理论计算数据基本一致,误差在可控范围内。

As for slurry transportation of suction dredger ,this paper builds a pipeline transportation system model for it ,based on its processes and principles .T he model can help to identify the real‐time flow rates of different concentrated slurries ,to locate the perfect operating areas by the calculation of pipeline lift and pump lift ,and to get the quantity of flow and the output of slurry production under conditions of different slurry concentrations .Besides ,data has been collected from one‐pump produc‐tion of real ship“Chang Shi 10” to verify practically the quantity of flow and the slurry output gained from the above pipeline transportation system model .The comparison results show that the actual production data is in good consistency with the theoretical calculation and its error is in a controlled range .
