针对寺河煤矿二号井15#煤层夹软煤巷道支护困难、多次返修的问题,通过对煤层和顶底板岩性调研,采用FLaC3D数值模拟,分析不同支护参数下应力分布和塑性区演化特征,确定全长预应力锚杆支护系统参数,并对支护效果进行了现场实测。结果表明:夹软煤巷道变形以两帮收敛和底鼓为主;全长预应力锚杆支护系统有效地控制了巷道变形;该技术应用减少了巷道返修次数,具有显著的经济效益。

Aiming at the supporting dififculties and multiple repair of roadway soft coal interlayer which arrange in15# coal seam in Sihe coal mine well No., based on the research of coal seam,roof and floor lithology, using numerical simulation of FLaC3D , analyzed the stress distribution and the evolution of plastic zone characteristics when using the different support parameters, and to determine the prestressed bolt support system parameter, ifnally measured support effect. The results showed that:the roadway deformation take the convergence of two sides and the lfoor heave as the principal thing , the prestressed bolting system control the roadway deformation effectively;the application of the technology reduce the roadway repair times, and has obvious economic beneift.
