铁路物流各个子系统之间基于空间、时间、成本、资源及运行等各方面之间的因果关系而紧密联系在一起,共同构建了纷繁庞大的铁路物流系统。如何用科学的方法对铁路物流系统做出合理的评价,最重要的就是分析各类衡量指标的确定与研究。文章基于利用结构方程模型对铁路物流系统的各个子系统进行分析和梳理,通过数学模型运算的方法找出静态显变因子与动态潜变因子之间的关系,确立整个铁路物流系统的评价指标权重,反映出铁路物流各个子系统之间的权重比例,进一步具体体现出铁路物流系统的薄弱环节所在,通过计算得出铁路物流系统的薄弱性评价指标,以反映出整个铁路物流系统的动态稳定性,从而实现铁路物流系统效益最大化,使企业提高自身的竞争实力。

The subsystems of railway logistics are closely associated with each other based on space, time, cost, resource and operation and so on. Various aspects of the causal relationship, builds a huge and complicated railway logistics system. For using the scientific method to make reasonable evaluation on railway logistics system, the most important thing is to analyze all kinds of measure and research. This paper adopts the structural equation model to filter each subsystem of railway logistics system so as to find out the relationship between the dynamic creep factors and static variable factors. It reflects the weight ratio between the various subsystems rail logistics and further reflects the specific weaknesses in railway logistics system. Thus, evaluation index weight of the whole railway logistics system is established and the evaluation index of the weakness of the railway logistics system is calculated to reflect the dynamic stability of the railway logistics system. Finally, the effectiveness of rail logistics system is maximized and the enterprises also improve their competitiveness.
