利用显式动力有限元分析软件 ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立-平轧制过程的仿真模型,并对其轧制过程进行模拟计算。研究结果表明,经过立辊轧制,板坯的边缘上出现明显的鼓形,使板坯横断成为“狗骨状”,板坯头尾部形成鱼尾形,造成头尾部宽度收缩。水平轧制能够减轻立轧板坯头部的失宽,但使板坯头尾部非均匀长度增加,使板坯尾部产生部分回展;同时水平轧制能够减轻尾部的鱼尾变形,但对头部鱼尾变形影响很小;立辊轧制对尾部回展没有影响,其随厚向压下量的改变而改变。
利用顯式動力有限元分析軟件 ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立-平軋製過程的倣真模型,併對其軋製過程進行模擬計算。研究結果錶明,經過立輥軋製,闆坯的邊緣上齣現明顯的鼓形,使闆坯橫斷成為“狗骨狀”,闆坯頭尾部形成魚尾形,造成頭尾部寬度收縮。水平軋製能夠減輕立軋闆坯頭部的失寬,但使闆坯頭尾部非均勻長度增加,使闆坯尾部產生部分迴展;同時水平軋製能夠減輕尾部的魚尾變形,但對頭部魚尾變形影響很小;立輥軋製對尾部迴展沒有影響,其隨厚嚮壓下量的改變而改變。
이용현식동력유한원분석연건 ANSYS/LS-DYNA,건립-평알제과정적방진모형,병대기알제과정진행모의계산。연구결과표명,경과립곤알제,판배적변연상출현명현적고형,사판배횡단성위“구골상”,판배두미부형성어미형,조성두미부관도수축。수평알제능구감경립알판배두부적실관,단사판배두미부비균균장도증가,사판배미부산생부분회전;동시수평알제능구감경미부적어미변형,단대두부어미변형영향흔소;립곤알제대미부회전몰유영향,기수후향압하량적개변이개변。
Finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to construct a simulation model of V-H roll-ing process and calculated.The research results show that after vertical rolling,the drum-shape obviously appeared on the edge of slab,the head and tail of slab forming fishtail,which caused the shrinkage of the head and tail width. Horizontal rolling could reduce the loss of head width,but the slab head and tail increased in non-uniform length, and the tail of slab appeared exhibition;while the horizontal rolling could reduce deformation of fishtail on the tail, but the impaction of fishtail deformation on the head was little;vertical rolling had no influence on the tail of the ex-hibition,and it changed with the thickness reduction change.
