结合梁宝寺煤矿的实际情况,对煤自然发火存在的问题及煤空间立体自燃隐患的特点进行了分析,提出了大流量液态氮气采空区惰化与瓦斯气体置换技术,针对氮气灭火机理进行了分析,确定了氮气防灭火的工艺及方法、注氮防灭火惰化指标,可有效控制煤层自燃隐患。

according to the actual situation of Liangbaosi coal mine, the problems of the spontaneous combustion of coal and characteristics of spatial coal spontanous ifre is analyzed. The technology of big lfow of liquid nitrogen inerting mined-out area and gas displacement is proposed and practiced. aiming at the mechanism of nitrogen for gas ifre extinguishing is analyzed. The technology and method, inerting index of nitrogen for ifre prevention is determined. Thus, the coal spontaneous combustion hazards can be controlled effectively.
