利用能耗模拟软件 DesignBuilder 对天津地区建筑体型系数与建筑能耗之间的关系进行模拟分析,研究表明优化寒冷地区建筑的体型系数对降低能耗有一定作用,但体型系数与能耗的关系不成正比关系,应在一定范围内进行界定。同时分析6000 m2不同体型系数建筑能耗差异,依据此数据分析确定天津地区最低能耗的办公建筑形体。

The relationship between the building shape coefficient and building energy consumption in Tianjin area is simulated and analyzed with the software DesignBuilder. Results show the optimized shape coefficient would be helpful to reduce energy consumption in cold region, but the relationship is out of shape coefficient and the energy consumption which should be defined within a certain range. Building energy consumption differences of 6 000 m2 building with different shape coefficients are analyzed to deter-mine the form of office building with the lowest energy consumption in Tianjin area.
