在设计双折线式卷筒的筒体时,需要确定多层缠绕钢丝绳作用于卷筒筒体的压力,由于外层钢丝绳的缠绕会导致内层钢丝绳张力衰减,钢丝绳作用于卷筒筒的压力并不是随着钢丝绳缠绕层数的增加而线性增加。基于钢丝绳在双折线式卷筒上作多层缠绕的实际排列情况,建立了钢丝绳多层缠绕系数方程,并在MATLAB中实现了多层缠绕系数和各层钢丝绳张力的求解。通过分析可知,多层缠绕系数随着钢丝绳缠绕层数的增加而增加,但增幅随缠绕层数的增加而减小,在缠绕层数超过特定值后,多层缠绕系数趋于常值。缠绕在卷筒上各层钢丝绳中,里层与外层钢丝绳张力较大,而中间层钢丝绳的张力较小,甚至会接近于零。
在設計雙摺線式捲筒的筒體時,需要確定多層纏繞鋼絲繩作用于捲筒筒體的壓力,由于外層鋼絲繩的纏繞會導緻內層鋼絲繩張力衰減,鋼絲繩作用于捲筒筒的壓力併不是隨著鋼絲繩纏繞層數的增加而線性增加。基于鋼絲繩在雙摺線式捲筒上作多層纏繞的實際排列情況,建立瞭鋼絲繩多層纏繞繫數方程,併在MATLAB中實現瞭多層纏繞繫數和各層鋼絲繩張力的求解。通過分析可知,多層纏繞繫數隨著鋼絲繩纏繞層數的增加而增加,但增幅隨纏繞層數的增加而減小,在纏繞層數超過特定值後,多層纏繞繫數趨于常值。纏繞在捲筒上各層鋼絲繩中,裏層與外層鋼絲繩張力較大,而中間層鋼絲繩的張力較小,甚至會接近于零。

In the design of lebus drum ,the stress acting on the lebus drum by multi‐layer winding wire rope needed to be got ,and due to the attenuation of inner layer wire rope tension caused by the outer layer wire rope winding ,the stress does not increase proportionally with the increase of the wire rope layer twisting number .The multi‐layer winding coefficient equation is established according to the ac‐tual wire rope arrangement on Lebus drums .MATLAB is employed to solve the equation and analyze the residual tension of each layer wire rope .It can be seen that the multi‐layer winding coefficient in‐creases as the layer number of wire rope increases ,but the increasing amplitude decreases ,so the multi‐layer winding coefficient tends to be a constant in the end .The outer and inner layer wire rope remain a larger residual tension ,however the middle layer wire rope tension is even close to zero .
