从技术创新角度采用CCR模型和BCC模型,通过DEA软件对2012年我国七大装备制造业的数据进行效率评价和实证研究。结果发现:通用设备制造业,电气机械和器材制造业,电子通信设备制造业,仪器仪表、办公用设备制造业达到综合效率最佳,应予以保持;金属制品业、交通运输设备制造业、专用设备制造业尚未达到DEA有效;金属产品制造业和交通运输设备制造业应该增加研发投入,扩大规模,进而达到DEA有效;专用设备制造业应该减少研发资源投入,适当缩小规模,从而达到DEA有效。

This paper, from the perspective of technology innovation, conducts efficiency evaluation and empirical study on the data in seven major equipment manufacturing industries in China in 2012 using the CCR model and BCC model and the DEA software. The results are as follows:general equipment manufacturing, electric machinery and equipment manufacturing, electronic communica-tion equipment manufacturing industry, instrumentation, office equipment manufacturing industry have reached the best comprehensive efficiency, which should be maintained. Fabricated metal products, transportation equipment manufacturing industry, special equip-ment manufacturing industry have not to reach DEA effective. Metal products manufacturing and transportation equipment manufactur-ing industry should increase R&D investment, expand the scale, then reache DEA effective. Special equipment manufacturing industry should reduce R&D resources and reduce the size to some extent so as to achieve the DEA effective.
