Science and technology innovation-driven development has become an important strategy for countries to enhance com-prehensive national power to deal with the fierce international competition. Currently, science and technology innovation research has a-chieved fruitful results in the field of innovation theory and innovation model. The modern studies on science and technology innovation began in Western countries, so this article discussed the future development of science and technology innovation research, based on literature review on foreign science and technology innovation theories and its model.
